Heating

We are comprised of an experienced Commercial Quotations team, who can support any questions or concerns you may have. DESCO can assist you with heat loss / heat gain calculations, duct and ventilation design, OBC Certified Designs (BCIN), radiant in-floor projects and design. We supply the following markets: Hydronics, HVAC and geo-thermal.

Housing

As part of our service to you, DESCO prides itself on ensuring the job gets done on time. Therefore, we have developed services for our housing contractors in custom, low-rise and light commercial projects:

• We deliver direct to your job site(s).
• Our showroom(s) expertise and flexible hours of operation make renovations, designs and upgrades easier.
• We carry a full line of water treatment products to cater to your housing project(s) needs.

Mechanical

By combining our state of the art computer and warehouse management system, along with our knowledgeable staff, DESCO is able to supply complete projects from rough-in to finishing.
To ensure our service is seamless DESCO abides by the following:

• We ensure that Mill-Test reports are shipped with all steel pipe.
• We store all of our copper and steel pipe indoors.
• We are a full-line wholesaler that supplies: industrial, commercial, institutional and high-rise projects.
• We carry a fleet of Boom Trucks for all your delivery needs.
